The UCL Division of Psychology and Language Sciences (PALS) is committed to providing the necessary support and opportunities for all staff to achieve their full potential. The division has been awarded the Athena SWAN Silver medal twice in recognition of its initiatives to address the gender imbalance in academia and in providing a supportive environment for female staff.
