The National Adult Cardiac Surgery Audit (NACSA) Research group promotes the use of audit data in high quality research projects. It does this by collaborating with universities and other audits as well as assessing applications for access to data. Data are released subject to the research group’s approval and agreement of the applicant to the NICOR data sharing agreement. It meets on a quarterly basis.
