UCL Financial Assistance Fund: for students in unexpected financial difficulties

19 May 2016

The UCL Financial Assistance Fund is available to all UCL students, regardless of year or level of study (undergraduates, Masters or research students), who find themselves facing unforeseen financial difficulties after commencing their studies.

This fund provides grants of up to £1,000 depending upon circumstances and is there to help with maintenance costs only (you do not have to repay any award received).

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide financial assistance towards outstanding tuition fees.

If you are experiencing unexpected financial issues, you can apply for an assessment by completing the application form which can be found on the UCL Financial Assistance Fund webpage and emailing it to Student Funding Office

If you need advice about completing your application or how to manage your money, the Student Funding Welfare team will be happy to help.
