Participants needed: BME student focus group on student belonging
27 March 2017
Black and minority ethnic students (BME) needed to participate in a paid focus group on Tuesday 28 March; 3pm to 5pm, in Room 347, UCL School of Slavonic & East European Studies (SSEES), 16 Taviton Street.
The purpose of the focus group is to get direct input from BME students on what would make a positive difference to their sense of belonging at UCL.
The output from the group will inform a guide that will be distributed to all teaching staff across UCL. This guide will provide practical tips for lecturers to implement at a local level to help improve inclusion at UCL.
This work is part of a larger body of work contained within UCL's Race Equality Charter Action Plan.
All participants will receive a £10 Amazon voucher as a thank you for their time and contribution.
