Got an idea worth sharing? Your chance to talk at TEDxGoodenoughCollege

15 February 2018

TedxGoodenoughCollege 2018 is taking place on Saturday 19 May in the Great Hall of London House, Mecklenburgh Square, London, WC1N 2AB.

TEDxGoodenoughCollege

UCL PhD student Andrea Smith, one of the organisers behind this year's TedxGoodenoughCollege, is recruiting fellow UCL students to speak at the event.

This year's theme, 'What Next', will provide a glimpse into the future in times of uncertainty and seemingly endless possibilities. TEDxGoodenoughCollege will explore how and why the world and its inhabitants are constantly changing, and where this may lead us.

What is TEDx?

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxGoodenoughCollege, where x = independently organized TED event.

At the TEDxGoodenoughCollege event, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion under the theme of "What Next". The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including Goodenough College's, are self-organized.
