Staff attendance at UCL 2017 Graduation Ceremonies: online application now open

UCL will be holding a total of 27 graduation ceremonies this year. There will be 10 ceremonies held from 4-6 July and from 29-30 August at the Royal Festival Hall. The other 17 ceremonies will take place from 31 August-8 September (weekdays only) in our purpose built venues in the grounds of Russell Square. A draft schedule of the 2017 ceremonies can be found on the staff information page of our website.

If you wish to attend the ceremonies this year please complete the online form, which can be found on your Portico homepage. You will need your username and password to access Portico. Once you have opened your Portico homepage please click on the link to 'Graduation Ceremonies - staff application'.

The deadline to confirm your attendance and request academic dress (if required) is 4pm on Friday 9 June.

Professional services staff who would like to attend the Graduation Ceremonies should email Giovanna Amorosi via: grad_ceremonies@ucl.ac.uk to check availability for a seat in the auditorium. Spaces are limited and subject to availability.

It is very special to both our graduands and their guests to share this memorable occasion with the staff who have supported them throughout their time at UCL.
