New UCL Equalities and Diversity Strategy

The strategy reaffirms UCL's historical commitment to inclusivity and ensures that UCL meets its obligations under the new Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED), which requires universities to be proactive in advancing equal opportunities and fostering good relations.

The new strategy can be found on the UCL Equalities and Diversity website. 

Sir Steven Wall, Chair of UCL Council and LGBT Equality Champion said: "We are London's Global University. So diversity - and equality - have to be part of our DNA.  This strategy is a commitment, not just to excellence on paper, but to making UCL a place where everyone is both welcome and able to fulfil their potential.
