Research study: Have you been a victim of stalking?

14 July 2011

As part of my MSc in Crime and Science at UCL I am conducting a study into the affects of stalking by ex-partners that will look to help improve how law enforcement agencies protect victims of stalking.

Letter The study has been granted ethical approval by UCL and all data is confidential.

The survey aims to:

  • develop and understanding about stalking behaviour by ex-partners.
  • improve risk assessment procedures and practices to give victims the right help and support.
  • understand how different circumstances can affect the protection strategies used by victims of stalking.

The study will also focus on whether the involvement of law enforcement agencies improves the chances of a positive outcome for the individual concerned.

The survey should take no longer than twenty minutes. If you are uncomfortable answering any of the questions then please move on to the next one.

Take part in the survey by clicking here.

Participation is entirely voluntary and no personal information that could identify you will be taken.

Responses are confidential and your are free to withdraw from the survey at any time without penalty or further questions. If you require further information or would like to receive a copy of the final report you can contact Anisa via email uctzazi@live.ucl.ac.uk.
