Postgraduate Teaching Assistant (PGTA) and Development at UCL

This year, for the first time at UCL, CALT is offering an introduction to teaching for all PGTAs.

The schemes, which run in each of the three schools as well as through the Graduate School, comprise a single-session introduction to teaching in higher education. Further sessions are also run, covering topics such as Assessment for Learning for those who wish to learn more.

PGTA Training Enquiry

This form is primarily intended to let prospective teaching assistants know of the training options available and to submit enquiries about these.

This form is for you if you are interested in developing your teaching portfolio with a view to applying for recognition as an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA) under the UKPSF.
