Complete the Chartwells annual catering services survey

Chartwells, UCL's main catering supplier, wants your views on what you like - and don't like - about the range, location and availability of food on campus.

The survey takes only three to five minutes to complete and your answers will remain anonymous, although you will need to provide your email address to enter the prize draw. The first name drawn our of the prize draw is an iPad.

So far we have had a fantastic response with over 2000 students completing it.

There are 25 reusable 'Cup for Life' mugs on offer as runner-up prizes and you'll receive 10p off each hot drink you buy on campus if you bring along your reusable mug.

You have until 16 December 2011 to complete the survey. Winners will be announced at the start of January.
