Participants required for research into infant social and cognitive development

14 June 2012

The UCH Preterm Development Project is seeking full-term infants aged three months and under (or expectant parents) for a control group to be part of research into infants' emerging social and cognitive development.

The study follows the development of full-term and very preterm babies (born at less than 32 weeks gestation) up until their first birthday, with a view to yearly follow-ups if funding allows.

Parents and babies visit the baby lab at three, six and 12 months of age, and take part in a variety of tasks to track infants' emerging social and cognitive development.

If you are interested in taking part, or know someone who might be, please email Lara Platten-Brown on l.platten-brown@ucl.ac.uk.
