Online application process for students to apply for tickets for UCL 2016 Graduation Ceremonies is open

Students eligible to attend this year's graduation ceremonies should have received email and letter correspondence inviting them to apply for tickets via the UCL Student Information Service (Portico).

Students will see a link on their Portico homepage to purchase tickets using a personalised online application form. Details of their provisional ceremony date and time are available on the first page of the application.

The Graduation Ceremonies website (www.ucl.ac.uk/graduation) contains everything students need to know about how to apply, event venues, academic dress hire, graduation photography and UCL merchandise.

Key deadline dates for the 2016 Graduation Ceremonies:

01 April 2016 - Students wishing to change from a 4 year MSci/MEng programme to a 3 year BSc/BEng must have this change active on their record to be eligible to attend the 2016 ceremonies. Changes made after this date will mean the student is invited to the 2017 ceremonies.

01 April 2016 - Last selection date for undergraduate and taught masters programmes. Taught masters students must have a conferred award on their record by this date to be eligible to be invited to the 2016 ceremonies.

4pm BST 26 April 2016 - The deadline for eligible invited students to apply to for tickets to attend the 2016 Graduation Ceremonies.

28 April 2016 - Last selection for postgraduate research students (NB - these students will have a ticket application deadline of 20 May 2016).

Staff Attendance:

The online confirmation of attendance process for UCL academic staff who would like to attend the ceremonies as part of the Academic Procession will be available after Easter. There is a detailed provisional schedule for the 2016 Graduation Ceremonies available for staff to view on the Graduation Ceremonies website (www.ucl.ac.uk/graduation/staff_attendance/staff_attend).
