The new finance system, MyFinance, will go live on the 4 August, replacing FIS. Everyone who uses FIS or enters financial information into other systems such as Portico or SIP will be affected.

UCL Centre for Editing Lives and Letters secures $0.5million Mellon grant to explore ‘The Archaeology of Reading’

UCL Centre for Editing Lives and Letters (CELL) has been awarded a $488,000 grant from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation to implement The Archaeology of Reading in Early Modern Europe. This new digital humanities research initiative will explore historical reading practices through the lens of manuscript annotations preserved in early printed books.

UCL Estates receives reward for putting customers first

Girlguides' Rainbows unit opens at UCL

UCL is now hosting a Rainbows unit for girls aged 5 to 7 years.

Based on the UCL Bloomsbury campus, the programme encourages self-confidence, building friendships, learning new things and having fun. It's an opportunity for girls to get their hands dirty by getting involved with arts and crafts sessions, cooking lessons as well as interactive games. The girls follow the Rainbow Jigsaw programme, which focuses on four areas: Look, Learn, Laugh, and Love.
