Following the publication of the White Paper for UCL last year, setting out a vision for the development of our University through to 2020, my colleagues and I decided that we needed to think about developing a strategy for the Corporate Support Services.

UCL is making all reasonable efforts to keep teaching, research and its other activities running despite the snow disruption. In these circumstances, staff are expected to make reasonable efforts to attend the workplace as normal. 

The inclusiveness of UCL as an employer has again been recognised in this year's Stonewall Workplace Equality Index (WEI).

All staff and students should be aware of the risk of significant disruption affecting travel and transport routes during the period of heavy snowfall.
