Technology Strategy: UCL Advances 5-day Short Course

UCL Advances is running a 5-day Course from Monday 26 to Friday 30 March 2012.

UCL Advances Training The general objective of the course is to provide participants with a set of skills to manage firms in high-technology sectors and to understand industry dynamics in these sectors.

The course will introduce conceptual frameworks based on research in economics, strategy and technology management. Topics will include the competitive landscapes that characterise high-technology industries, alternative commercialisation paths for new technologies and research and development investment decisions.

The course will feature a number of relevant industry experts, including Steve J. Roberts, Chief Technology Officer and Strategy Director of Selex Galileo. The course is accredited by the CPD Certification Service, which supports Continuing Professional Development.

The material was backed up with real-life case studies and guest speakers from industry. UCL Advances organises training for entrepreneurs, small-to-medium sized enterprises (SME's) and UCL members.
