UCLU Board of Trustees: staff position available

  • UCL Union (UCLU) is seeking a UCL staff member to sit on their Board of Trustees.

    UCLU is a student-led membership organisation, but at the heart of the governance structure is the Trustee Board. The board consists of six UCL Union Sabbatical Officers, six UCL students, several members of UCL staff, some UCL alumni and one external Trustee.

    The new staff Trustee will need experience of setting strategic direction and have specialist knowledge in at least one of the following fields:

    • management within a democratic or membership-led organisation
    • financial management
    • charity law
    • commercial sector
    • human resources

    Although this is a non-remunerated position, all reasonable expenses will be met.
