On 'Inside Intuition', he will describe the unconscious processes that take place in the brain when we make instinctive judgements. The programme explores phenomena such as speed-dating, where participants are forced to make snap decisions about other people, and interviews with a fireman and a rock-climber, both of whom have to rely on their instinctive judgement in order to survive.

'Inside Intuition' will be broadcast on BBC Radio 4 this Friday at 11am.
