Creating Connections event - Wednesday 12 June, 6-8pm

30 May 2013

Are you looking for partners for a public engagement project? Want to build stronger links with community organisations? Have areas of research that may be of interest to the wider community? Keen to get another view on your work from outside academia? UCL staff are invited to attend Creating Connections, a regular networking event that brings together UCL staff and postgraduate students with representatives from community organisations, charities, residents' groups, social enterprises and statutory organisations.

The evening is a mixture of themed discussions in small groups along with more informal networking; the aim is to find areas of common interest and collaborative working.

June's event will be of particular value to anyone interested in the following themes:

  • Food & Nutrition
  • Entrepreneurship & Young People
  • Access to Green Spaces
  • Migration
  • Sharing research and information

For more information and to book a place, visit the Creating Connections webpage.

The deadline for booking a place is 9am Wednesday 5th June.

The event is on Wednesday 12 June, from 6-8pm, at 1KX, 120 Cromer Street, London WC1H 8BS
