Locations for central induction activities

All the activities listed on the left of the page are listed below take place on the main Gower Street site and all map references refer to Map 2: Bloomsbury Campus.

Enrolment

Students enrolling outside of the main enrolment period (September) will enrol in the Student Centre, located in the Chadwick Building, just to the right hand side as you enter the main gates off Gower Street (map reference C3). 

Students who begin their courses in January 2013 will be required to enrol on 04 January 2013 in the Haldane Room which is located off the North Cloisters in the Main Wilkins Building (map reference D3).

Fees

The Fees counter is located on the Ground Floor of the South Wing Corridor (map ref C4).

During September enrolment, the Finance Hub will be located in the Wilkins Garden Room, at the far end of the South Cloisters (behind Jeremy Bentham) - check out this Route Finder map for directions from the main entrance.

ID Cards

ID cards for students enrolling outside of the main enrolment period are produced by Security Systems in the Andrew Huxley Building (map ref D3). This is also where you will need to go to replace a lost or stolen ID card.

Those students enrolling on January 04 2013 will have their ID cards produced immediately after enrolment in the Jeremy Bentham Room (map ref D3)

Get Connected

The ISD Service Desk is located on the ground floor of the DMS Watson Science Library, Malet Place (map ref C5).

Libraries

SDS

Student Disability Services is open for new students to register either by appointment or by dropping in to the Disability Centre, Room G16, South Wing (map ref C3).

Gower Place Practice (NHS)

The UCL Health Centre, Gower Place Practice is a NHS practice located at 3 Gower Place (map ref D1) which provides NHS healthcare and dental services.

Graduate School

The Graduate School is located in the Wilkins Building (map ref D2). More details can be found on the Graduate School website.
