UCL Managed Accommodation

You will be required to pay your residence fees each term; an email notification will be sent to your UCL email account when your invoice is available on your Portico account.
All rooms have a data point (Ethernet UTP) which you can use to connect to the UCL Network and the Internet. The cost of connection is included in your residence fees. You will need your UCL userid and password to be able to access the Internet.

The subletting of
the room allocated to you is not allowed, to swap your room you need to gain
agreement from the UCL Student Accommodation Office.
Staying in private accommodation
If you are not staying in accommodation provided by UCL, finding a suitable place to stay needs to be your first priority.
You can contact the University of London Housing Services for advice on finding private sector accommodation. In addition to providing private sector housing assistance, the University of London Housing Services runs a Property Management Unit providing centrally managed self-catered accommodation.
