Colin Cundy studied at the University of
Bristol, UK, and obtained his PhD (1969) in organometallic chemistry
research. He joined ICI in 1974 as a research specialist in the fields
of inorganic and mineralogical chemistry. Solution chemistry and
crystallisation are particular interests and the subject of around 50
publications. He has worked on zeolites and clays since 1982 and came
to UMIST in 1994.
Colin has a keen interest in music.
