How to find us

All of the collections are housed in or around the UCL main campus on Gower Street in Bloomsbury, Central London. Please see the following sections for information on how to get to us.

Transport

UCL is located in the heart of London, and is well serviced by public transport. Click here for detailed information on reaching us by bus, tube or national rail.

Coach
National Express runs frequent services into central London, the closest terminating at Euston Station. Please see this page for a full list of National Express stops in London.

By car
UCL does not offer any public parking. Information on local parking can be obtained from the Camden Council website here.

Accessibility

UCL provides good step-free access to facilities across campus.

UCL offers a route finder service which shows accessible routes around the UCL campus http://crf.casa.ucl.ac.uk/startPage.aspx

None of the local tube stations provide step-free access from platform to surface, however Euston Station and Kings Cross - St. Pancras do provide step-free access for National Rail services, and all London buses are low-floor accessible (more information on London bus accessibility can be found here).

Group Visits

Groups of more than ten should make a prior appointment to visit any collection.

Education Visits

The collections cater for groups of all ages offering a range of hands-on curriculum-linked activities in tailor-made sessions free of charge.
