Archaeobotanical Collections

Introduction

There is an extensive collection of archaeological and reference material from sites such as Jericho, as well as material from South West Asia, Europe and Britain. This comprehensive group of material built up to a large extent by Professor Gordon Hillman, acts as a primary source for the identification of plant remains, and is of international significance.
