Meta-andesite Porphyry and Amphibolite
These two rocks are similar in appearance and origin. Meta-andesite porphyry has been metarmophosed to amphibolite grade and deuterically altered. Amphibolite is similar but has fewer phenocrysts (10-15 %, Meta-andesite porphyry - 40 %).
