Fayum Neolithic: the stone tools and weapons of Kom W (Fayum)

Seventy-five axes (41.2 % of all tools) were found. Twenty-nine were in situ, forty-six lay weathered on the surface.
Material of the axes: basalt or dolerite (4), limestone(5), volcanic ash (1), chert (65)
