Communication and Behaviour in Organizations
The way we perceive things, our attitudes, and our personalities have enormous implications for both the quality of working life and the effectiveness of organisations. This course introduces students to the field of organizational behaviour and showcases the contributions of the behavioural sciences to our understanding of dynamics that operate both within and between interacting individuals.
This course introduces students to the study of Strategy and the field of strategic management. It covers key concepts and theories in the field and how they can be applied to real business situations. All topics are illustrated with case studies about real companies in various industries and students are encouraged to engage in critical thinking and to simulate business decision-making.
