Kevin Kiernan's Biography
Kevin Kiernan is a Teaching Fellow in the Department of Management Science and Innovation (MS&I). He lectures in Marketing at London Metropolitan University and the University of Arcadia Abroad in London and has also lectured on the Open University MBA programme. He has also taught on professional courses for Chartered Institute of Marketing, the Professional Postgraduate Diploma for BPP and the Oxford College of Marketing.
Kevin has had considerable industry experience leading projects in the Marketing and Customer Service areas (particularly Yellow Pages and Phone Books), specialising in launching new products and in the computerisation of order entry systems.
