The 21st century has placed imaging in a unique position
amongst research and clinical tools. It is central to accurately
diagnosing our patients as well as guiding our clinicians to the best
treatment for each patient.
Academically we use imaging to ask central questions such as:
- Which arteries will cause lethal cardiac event or stroke?
- Which cancer patient will benefit from which latest individual treatment?
- Which patient is at risk for future dementia?
