Quality Assurance Project Officer

Duties and Responsibilities
The post holder will be responsible for managing a review of quality assurance across UCL Medical School, working to the strategic direction of the Academic Lead for Quality Assurance. This will involve providing administrative support for the Academic Lead and other academic staff in UCL Medical School; contributing to projects, and working in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Unit Manager. The post holder will lead on a series of projects, relating to the review and development of quality assurance, and monitoring for undergraduate medical education.
This position is offered as a 12 month appointment.
Key Requirements
We
are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active administrator
demonstrating experience of managing small projects, and developing new
initiatives which have included ongoing assessment, monitoring and
review. In
addition applicants will be confident analysing and developing
administrative systems and processes, as well as researching, recording
and presenting information through different media. A collaborative and
professional approach is essential; alongside the ability to work
independently and as an effective communicator, across all levels of UCL
and the Medical School.
