UCL Medical School Hubs

NHS Change Day will take place on 13.03.13.  It will be one day during which the collective energy, creativity and ideas of thousands of NHS staff, and those who support the NHS, in all areas of work and right across the country, will demonstrate how one simple action or new idea can make a difference and improve care for patients, their families and their carers. Professor Jane Dacre attended an Inquiry into Women in the Workplace at the House of Commons

Professor Jane Dacre attended an Inquiry into Women in the Workplace at the House of Commons Business, Innovation and Skills Committee on Tuesday 20th November. She spoke on behalf of the Royal College of Physicians on her extensive research and knowledge on Women in Medicine.

Jane was the chair of a research steering group at the Royal College of Physicians on Women in Medicine in 2009 which highlighted the issues related to the increasing numbers of women entering medicine in the UK. This had extensive media and academic interest.
