F1 Sign-off & Full GMC Registration
UCLMS graduates training outside NCTFSIf you graduated from the UCL Medical School and are completing your F1 training within a different foundation school than NCTFS, please read the following guidance. Please keep in mind that your current foundation school and/or your F1 hospital will provide you with information on what you need to do to complete your F1 sign-off. Once we have received a copy of your F1 sign-off document from your foundation school and your blank GMC Certificate of Experience (CoE) form from you, we will process your full GMC registration. Our office does it on behalf of UCL Medical School, for all UCLMS graduates, regardless of which foundation school they are in. |
NCTFS F1 traineesIn order to progress to F2, you must complete F1 training and hold a full registration with the GMC. The F1 sign-off process is the same for all NCTFS trainees, regardless of where they graduated from. However, the full GMC registration process is different for these trainees who graduated overseas. The list of requirements for a successful F1 sign-off can be found here. Your Postgraduate Medical Education (PGME) administrator at your F1 hospital will inform you about their timeline and the forms you need to complete in order to be signed off for your F1 training. However, you will have to apply for full GMC registration by yourself. Please click on the relevant link below, to see a guidance for applying for full GMC registration for those F1 trainees who: |
