Medical Education studies. Details of the full questionnaires used in the cohort studies of medical students and doctors can be found here.

Handedness and lateralisation. Questionnaires used in the study of handedness and lateralisation are available here. These also include several versions of the Waterloo Handedness Questionnaire, developed by Phil Bryden, which seem to be difficult to find elsewhere, as well as the Waterloo Footedness Questionnaire.

Drawing studies.  We have carried out a series of studies of drawing in art students. Two questionnaires are provided here:

• The questionnaire used in the 2010 PACA paper. Note that one set of questions has been removed because of copyright reasons.
• Some additional questions described in the 2015 PACA paper on experience of drawing and painting, and on experience of various drawing techniques.
