Email From Medical Teacher
Unfortunately I am not allowed to put a PDF of these papers on my website. My apologies to anyone taking or researching BMAT who wishes to know more. Unfortunately articles at Medical Teacher are only available to subscribers, which will make it difficult for most takers of BMAT to access this research. The letter below from Ms Howells is self-explanatory.
Please email me at i.mcmanus@ucl.ac.uk if you wish to know more about this research.

Dear Prof McManus,
I work for the Publishers of Medial Teacher, and I have just been notified that final versions of your Medical Teacher articles appear on the UCL website here: http://www.ucl.ac.uk/medical-education/publications/medical-education-publications
As far as I am aware, we have not granted permission for you to post these articles on the internet in this form and I will therefore request that they are removed. You can, of course, include a link back to our website as you have done with some of the other articles on this page. If you need details on how to do this or more information on the rights you retain as author, please let me know.
If you have arranged for or paid for this permission, please accept my apologies. I will however request that you send me proof of the permission granted to you by Informa UK Ltd (the copyright holders).
Kind regards,
Sally
