Unfortunately I am not allowed to put a PDF of these papers on my website. My apologies to anyone taking or researching BMAT who wishes to know more. Unfortunately articles at Medical Teacher are only available to subscribers, which will make it difficult for most takers of BMAT to access this research.  The letter below from Ms Howells is self-explanatory.
