MBPhD Programme Entry 2013
The UCL MBPhD is an intensive combined programme for those interested in a research-oriented career in clinical medicine:
- In a tailored, highly-mentored five-year programme, a PhD is intercalated after an abbreviated First Clinical Year
- The PhD research can be undertaken either at UCL itself, or at our collaborating world-class partners, the National Institute of Medical Research at Mill Hill and the London Research Institute, part of Cancer Research UK
- Clinical tuition continues throughout the PhD
- Applicants must have completed pre-clinical medicine at a UK university and have a First or Upper Second BSc.
