The Flaxman Gallery in the Main Library. John Flaxman (1755-1826) was a great student of medieval and renaissance art. The Gallery (1851) holds much of his extant relief work and we have many of his sketchbooks from his studies in Italy.

The Monumenta Germaniae Historica is a crucial resource covering much more than German history. As well as copies in the Royal Historical Society Library at UCL we have access to the complete online edition.
