More than 25,000 UCL students, from engineers to artists and historians to chemists, contribute to the vibrancy and development of London as a world-leading city.
The role they play while they are at university – through volunteering and community projects and taking research out to the people across the city – enhances the lives of both students and Londoners.
With such close ties to the city they study in, it isn’t surprising that over half of UCL’s undergraduate students remain in London after finishing their degree.
