A range of eminent figures will join the list of UCL Honorary Graduands and Honorary Fellows during the 2012 graduation ceremonies, held from 29 August to 6 September.

Neighbourhood income deprivation has a strong negative effect on altruistic behaviour when measured by a ‘lost letter’ experiment, according to new UCL research published today in PLoS One.

UCL alumnus Rob Williams (BSc Biotechnology 2006), together with his GB teammates, was awarded a silver medal in the lightweight men’s four rowing final of the London Olympics on 2 August.

A new e-health research Centre of Excellence led by UCL will be established in London following an award of £4.3 million.
