Daniel Little

I previously studied at University of Sheffield, where I completed a PhD project in the Sheffield Institute for Translational Neuroscience. I now work in the MCR Laboratory for Molecular Cell Biology on a project that aims to develop high-throughput and high-content screening assays using cells differentiated from patient-derived induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells. The project is part of StemBANCC, a European consortium concerned with producing iPS cells from patients with various diseases and using these to investigate disease mechanisms and test potential therapeutics. This is a collaborative project with Dr Robin Ketteler, also at the MRC LMCB, Dr Michael Devine at Imperial College London and Dr Kevin Mills at the Institute of Child Health.
