Yanlan Mao is selected as EMBO Young Investigator 2018

We are delighted to announce Yanlan Mao has been selected as EMBO Young Investigator.

Each year, EMBO selects some of the very best junior life science researchers in Europe to join the Young Investigator Programme. The Programme offers a wide range of benefts aimed at helping awardees become internationally successful group leaders. These include funding, mentoring, training and networking opportunities. “The accepted candidates have all shown outstanding promise in their early careers and impressed our selection committee with both the quality of their current work and their proposals for future research,” says EMBO Director, Maria Leptin.
