Jenny Alfredsson (Human Genetics 2002)
| Jenny Alfredsson who graduated with a degree in Human Genetics in 2002 is defending her PhD thesis in Uppsala, Sweden on September 18th 2009. She first completed a Masters of Science degree in Medical Genetics with Immunology at Brunel University after leaving us before going to Uppsala. The title of her thesis is Functional organisation of the cell nucleus in the fission yeast, Schizosaccharomyces pombe. As is the ususal practise in many countries of Europe the thesis is composed of three publications, two of which are already published (under the name J. Alfredsson-Timmins) |
