We need feedback from UCL students and staff to help us to develop our services and transform our spaces.

Please note it is only possible to access the library survey once. You will not be able to return later to complete the survey, so please try to complete it before submitting (this will take no more than 12 minutes)

Already your feedback is helping us to introduce innovative new library spaces in the Cruciform and the Bartlett, has helped us to implement new services like Readinglists@UCL and Explore, and has ensured that our world-class digital library continues to grow according to your needs.

We would really like to hear from you about what we're getting right, what we could be doing better and which of our services are most important to you. Information that we collect in this survey will be used for planning future developments and fine-tuning some of the services that we already offer. As an incentive, we will be offering three Kindles as prizes to participants chosen at random.

Please note that unlike the ISD survey which is only for students, the Library survey is open to students, staff and researchers across UCL.

Win iPads and Kindles by completing the ISD student survey

Information Services Division (ISD) wants to hear from students about how they use and value the IT services we provide across campus.

• built a new computer room (Foster Court) and are now installing new computers across campus with a laptop loan scheme to follow;
• added a course in Moodle to allow students to submit work confidentially to Turnitin to check for potential plagiarism; and
• developed the UCL Go! app for access to UCL services on the move.

So we really do listen and want to hear your views. To encourage you to participate we are giving away two iPads and three Kindles as well as some gift vouchers to survey participants chosen at random.
