Reading room closures, summer 2017
13 July 2017
Reading rooms in some of our libraries will be temporarily inaccessible from 13th June 2017. The following rooms are currently affected:
Librarianship and archives, 1st floor, UCL Science Library
We regret that the Librarianship reading room will be closed until further notice due to ongoing building works.
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to obtain any books from this collection for the time being. We apologise for any inconvenience this will cause
Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics, 3rd floor, UCL Science Library
This room will be inaccessible from 14th June until mid-July. A fetching service will be provided by the Science Library Help Point on the ground floor.
Hebrew and Jewish and Dutch, 2nd floor UCL Main Library
These rooms will be closed from 10th July until early August. A
fetching service will be provided by the Main Library Help Point on the first floor.
Why are these works necessary?

The works are taking place because we are currently working in partnership with ISD to install 415 new PCs within the UCL Main, Science, Institute of Child Health, Cruciform Hub, Institute of Education and Royal Free libraries.
We do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
