Biography

Richard Hinckley of Lichfield Staffordshire, trustee for George William Ricketts, appointed 1829.

  1. Identified as of Beacon Place, Lichfield in lease documents of the late 1820s. Possibly a solicitor, partner in Hinckley, Birch and Exham, with which he and his family were definitely connected, although the 1861 census (when he is shown living at Beacon House aged 71 with his wife Ellen Jane aged 76) describes him as 'landed proprietor'.
