Co-executor of Elizabeth Smyth, an annuitant on Vauxhall estate, tentatively identified as connected to Francis George Smyth.

NB there is no confirmation that he was a 'Rev.', as he is given in the compensaiton records. There was a John Dennis Burdon living at Black Torrington, Devon, in 1836, the second son of Charles Burden [sic] and Mary née Rudd.

  1. Will of John Denis [sic] Burdon of Kenton Devon proved 19/4/1842; in 1841 he was shown at Kenton, 'Independent' aged 65, born in the county, with Elizabeth aged 50, Mary aged 50 and a series of children.
