In his will made in 1782 Benjamin Grahame showed himself as the owner of an estate named Richmond on Dominica that he had leased to Thomas Bushby and that he ordered to be sold at the end of the lease-term. It is not certain that it is the same Richmond estate as that in the Slave Registers.
