Biography

Shown as owner and receiver of Cooper Hill in St Andrew Jamaica in 1817, and as previous owner in 1820 when when Eliza Bagnold registered the sale or death of 90 enslaved people as agent for David Watt, 'an absentee.' He has not yet been traced by LBS in Britain.
