President and Commander-in-Chief on Tobago, who died c. 1827.

Will of William Brasnell residing at Sans Souci in Tobago proved 17/01/1829 [it had been proved in Tobago 17/12/1827]. In it he left his estate in trust to his wife Elizabeth, and then to his stepson George Buchanan and his five children with Elizabeth.
