Biography

Grandson of Simon Fraser of Ness Castle (q.v.), son of Dowager Lady Marjory Saltoun (q.v.) and successor to his grandfather in the merchant firm of Fraser, Houstoun, which in turn evolved into Hon. William Fraser, Alexander, Neilson (q.v.).
