Claimant or beneficiary

Biography

Naval officer, brother of Sir Henry Willock (q.v.), and reportedly a claimant despite his death in 1834, for one award in Tobago and another in Montserrat. Probably also the man referred to in Sir Henry Willock's claims in Antigua as 'Francis Willock', although this might refer to the father of the two men.

  1. Frank Gore Willock, baptised 20/07/1785 at St Marylebone (born 25/06/1785), son of Francis and Frances.

  2. 'A native of the West Indies', he died on a voyage between Bombay and Bushire in 1834.
