Resident slave-owner on St Vincent, although the children of a Christopher Punnett were baptised in London in the decades before compensation. Claimed unsuccessfully as owner of Golden Grove on St Vincent and Cheltenham on the Island of Mustique (classified under St Vincent), the money for both of which was paid to London mortgagees.

  1. Christopher Punnett undr a deed of 07/12/1815 had bought Hawksbill [sic] in Antigua from Justinian Casamajor together with 108 enslaved people on the estate, and had some time afterwards moved enslaved people from that estate to Mustique.
